The season is SPRING. The cold has finally receeded, and leaves are beginning to sprout from trees. Pokemon are coming out of hibernation and poking their heads out into the world again.
Shrine of the Weather Trio

An armageddon sect, the weather monks are well-known for spreading doom and gloom about their various predictions of the apocalypse. Their shrine is a godforsaken waterlogged cave just off the shoreline. Once considered the laughing stock of the region, they had the last laugh: when they scourge struck, the monks retreated into their cave--somehow now watertight and invulnerable--and now they pray to their gods, for storm and fire to purge the scourge threat.
Cenchrea Harbor

There was never much at Cenchrea besides the famous Cenchrea Lighthouse. Otherwise, theres some docks and a bunch of fishermen. Although it always had potential as a proper port city, it never managed to become more than a rest stop for ships leaving the Colossae or en route to Gethsemene. Appropriately, even the scourge didn't care much for the place. They ransacked it, smashing the piers and toppling the grand lighthouse, and then they left.
Quarantania Farms

Unhelpfully named, Quarantania's farms harvest the fruit of the sea. Quarantania is a chain of semi-nomadic coastal villagers that dive for shellfish and pearls to sustain their economy. For the most part, En-Rogel ignores their existence. When the scourge struck, the Quarants knew where the flee. Perhaps one out of every ten villagers survived, and they still remain on the move in a tight pack, scavenging to survive and barely one step ahead of the scourge.
Cyrene Armada

The Cyrene Armada was once the scourge of the seas, but they've been replaced by a real scourge. They are, quite understandably, a bit dismayed. As a pirate fleet, they were marauders along the Ramoth Sea and even beyond. Once predator, they've not become prey. They've scattered now, evading the scourge to their best ability, but they lose another ship and another crew every day. Their days are numbered, and Cyrene is dead.
They say there was land here once, but the march of time washed an old city away. Now, it's a tame sea. Ramoth's waters are shallow and smooth sailing, a popular spot for career fishers and swimmers. There are many villages on the coast, but none that are famous or noteworthy. Unfortunately, the Ramoth Sea proved no obstacle to the scourge.
