Even at the shrine dedicated to the Tao dragons, En-Rogel's factional divide can't be ignored. The local sages and monks are all high-ranking trainers: true movers and shakers. Cynically seen as an extension of the Pokemon Association, the Shrine serves as the political headquarters of both the Bolt and Flare factions. All trainers should register with a faction here, but especially those that dream of a position of power.

Cavalry Square lies near the front gate of Gethsemene City, square in the path of anyone heading towards Megiddo Court. It is a large open area that the city uses for public events and gatherings, providing space for anything from pokemon battles to political rallies to music concerts. Ever since the barrier appeared, a terracotta army appeared: over a thousand soldiers made of clay. No one knows what to make of them.
Mithra's Bazaar

A bazaar owned by one of the richest people in the region, MIthra has opened her entire bazaar as a refuge camp for scourge survivors. With her own money, she's arranged for food and shelter for as many people as she can. Only the outer perimeter of the bazaar sells goods anymore. While the selection is limited, people can find the usual array of common items. Rare goods can still be requested, but it's up to Mithra whether she'll deliver or not.

Appearing out of nowhere as the scourge approached, Jericho Circle is Gethsemene City's salvation. It is a barrier grid that surrounds and covers the entire city in a dome. It occasionally emits sparks or spits fire, but it is otherwise harmless to humans and uninfected pokemon. The scourge quickly learned that touching it all completely vaporizes them, but that doesn't stop them from looming en masse just outside the barrier's reach.

While its golden era is past, it is still the noble home of the region's administrative and governmental agencies, which have proved to be a pillar of order in these chaotic times.
